Cincinnati man charged with sexual contact with patients at behavioral health hospital
Editorial illustration — Press Pass USAA 35-year-old man faces multiple charges after police accused him of unwanted sexual contact with patients at a Mount Airy behavioral health hospital, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer and Hamilton County court records.
Willie Hill is accused of sexual contact with at least four patients at Glenwood Behavioral Health, court records show. He faces seven felony counts of sexual battery and a misdemeanor count of voyeurism, according to Cincinnati police. Court records describe Hill as a health professional with supervisory authority over patients.
Police arrested Hill on October 26 in the 2400 block of Kipling Avenue, where the hospital is located, after receiving reports that a health professional had inappropriate contact with patients. The allegations include touching patients and other sexual acts in their rooms without consent, court records state; the voyeurism charge stems from an allegation that Hill repeatedly entered a fourth patient's room while she was showering and watched her while she was naked.
Hill is being held at the Hamilton County Jail. The Enquirer contacted Hill's attorney but had not received a response at the time of publication, and it is not clear whether Hill is an employee of Glenwood. The charges are allegations, not convictions, and the case remains pending.
